This page includes a supplement protocol for daily Covid-19 protection and for onset of symptoms or known exposure. I am not a medical professional. These protocols are based on my research into which supplements and dosages I believe to be the most safe and effective.
These protocols are recommended for all, regardless of vaccination status or prior infection. However they may not be enough for those with co-morbidities, are obese or are older than 75 years old. Individuals in this category may want to also look into Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin as a prophylaxis.
Some of these supplements could interact with medications. If you are on a medication, please consult with your doctor to be sure there is no harmful effect.
Vitamin D3 (important)
Take at least 2,000 IU a day with breakfast or lunch. During cold winter months with limited sun exposure increase to 4,000 IU a day.
Here is my webpage listing studies, videos and articles on Vitamin D3 here.
Vitamin D is important for immune system health. Studies from around the world have identified it as very important for protection against Covid-19. Most people who had suffered from severe symptoms or had died were Vitamin D deficient.
Vitamin D deficiency is measured at a level under 30 ng/ml (nanograms per milliliter). The ideal level of protection against the Covid-19 virus is 50 ng/ml or higher.
Most at or above 30 ng/ml had mild symptoms. Most at or above a level of 50 ng/ml had no symptoms. It is important to have your Vitamin D level checked.
Vitamin D deficiency is very common. According to a study published to the National Institutes of Health 41.6% of adults in the United States are deficient. This number goes up to 69.2% in Hispanic adults and 82.1% in African American adults.
Magnesium Glycinate (recommended)
Take 200mg a day.
A common culprit for Vitamin D deficiency, is Magnesium deficiency. Vitamin D’s bioavailability depends on magnesium. The enzymes (in the liver and kidneys) that enable vitamin D metabolism—converting it into its active form, calcitriol—can’t work if there is insufficient amounts of magnesium to draw upon, this is known as magnesium deficiency.
According to the Journal of Osteopathic Medicine, 50% of Americans are Magnesium deficient.
Multi Vitamin (recommended)
Take a multi vitamin each day.
Vitamin C (recommended for additional protection)
Take 500-1,000 mg a day.
Chaga Mushroom (Anti-Viral) (recommended for additional protection)
Take 0.5-1mL (0.5-1 full dropper) with water or green tea.
Take either in the morning or in the evening.
The Chaga Mushroom is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory with many other health benefits. A recent study indicates that the antiviral components of Chaga bind to the Spike Protein of SARS-CoV-2, thus preventing the Spike Protein from gaining access to cells.
At the first onset of symptoms, or known exposure begin this protocol immediately:
Daily Supplements:
Take 10,000 IU a day (250mcg) with food for better absorption
Take with breakfast or lunch. Do not take in the evening, because it may affect sleep
(Vitamin D strengthens the immune system, helps regulate the immune system, reduces inflammation, and it helps prevent the ACE2 receptor binding of the virus to cells)
Take 100mcg a day with food. (Helps your body absorb and regulate Vitamin D properly)
Take 200mg a day with food. (Helps your body absorb Vitamin D properly)
Take between 25mg – 50 mg a day with food.
(Zinc supports the immune system and helps prevent the virus from replicating in cells)
Take between 25mg – 50 mg a day preferably with food
(Zinc supports the immune system and helps prevent the virus from replicating in cells)
Take 1,000 mg every 3-4 hours. If stomach upset, reduce to 500 mg every 3-4 hours OR take with food. (Immune system support)
Take 200mg with food. (Immune system support)
Take a normal dose of your multi vitamin each day OR make sure you are getting your nutrients from a well balanced diet.
Take at least 1,000 mg a day, preferably without food.
(NAC has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune modulating characteristics)
Chaga Mushroom (Anti-Viral) (Recommended)
Take 2mL (2 full droppers) with water or green tea
Take in the morning and again in the evening
(Chaga has anti-viral properties and cytokine modulation effects)
Foods and Drinks to avoid:
Avoid sugary foods, juices or drinks
Avoid Coffee, and any drinks with caffeine
What to drink:
Plenty of water. Preferably with electrolytes such as Fiji Water, Smart Water etc.
Green Tea
Tonic Water, which contains “Quinine”. This ingredient in the tonic water helps guide Zinc into the cells to inhibit replication of SARS-CoV-2
Medications (Try to avoid)
Tylenol is ok for pain. Do not take for fever. Fever helps the immune response
Aspirin is best because it also prevents blood clots which are possible with Covid-19
If feeling heart burn, Pepcid AC (Famatodine) is preferred. Pepto Bismol is ok.
Most common cold medicines should be OK to help relieve congestion
If not feeling hungry, do not force yourself to eat, but be sure to have at least one healthy meal a day (preferably Breakfast or Lunch).
Drink plenty of water, and green tea throughout the day.
Try to get plenty of light exercise daily such as walking, but do not push yourself.
When outside, avoid wearing a mask, so that you can breathe fresh oxygen.
Do not eat if you are not feeling hungry, especially at night. Just drink water or green tea.
Do not lie on your back if you feel shortness of breath. Sleep on your side or lay on your belly.
If you have trouble sleeping, take 3-5mg of Melatonin. Studies prove Melatonin is an effective anti-oxidant against SARS-CoV-2
Use a Pulse Oximeter to monitor your blood oxygen level (95-100% is normal).

Did we ever need the gene therapy (or so-called vaccine)? No.
For the At-Risk we had Hydroxy-Chloroquine and Ivermectin. Both are among the Zinc Ionophores which Dr. Ralph Baric determined inhibits coronaviruses in his NIH published research in 08/25/05 and in 11/04/10.
