Pfizer and Moderna

The mRNA vaccines are a new experimental technology being rolled out on a massive scale. The clinical trials were not long enough to rule out side effects, which could appear months or years after vaccination. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines which are currently being used are still NOT FDA approved. They are under "Emergency Use Authorization".  The Pfizer vaccine which was recently approved by the FDA on 08/23/21 is a legally distinct product named "Comirnaty" which is currently as of 01/25/22 is still NOT available on the market for use. 

Our DNA is a molecule that carries genetic instructions for the development, functioning, growth and reproduction for all known organisms. DNA and RNA are nucleic acids. DNA is made up of two strands, which each store the same biological information. RNA strands are created using DNA strands as a template in a process called transcription. Cellular organisms use mRNA to convey genetic information. 

mRNA: messenger Ribonucleic acid 

The synthetic version of the mRNA is fragile, and is wrapped in a tiny ball of fat made of lipid nanoparticles (including polyethylene glycol) for protection. The mRNA wrapped in nanoparticles are suspended in saline solution and are injected into upper arm deltoid muscle tissue. The mRNA travel into the bloodstream where they bump into cells. Some will go inside a cell where their “instructions” are read by the cell to produce part of the virus. The part of the virus produced is the Spike Protein, which is what the virus uses to gain access into cells and replicate. Spike Proteins produced by cells will stay stuck to the cell membrane. The mRNA is supposed to be active in the cell for a few days and then decay rapidly.

mRNA Concerns:

• The lipid nanoparticles do not stay in the deltoid muscle tissue. They travel throughout the body in the blood stream and into organs.
• The bioacceptable and biodegradable nature of lipid nanoparticles make them suited for brain targeting. These nanoparticles could cross the blood-brain-barrier. 
• The lipid nanoparticles are likely to bump into cells lining blood vessel walls. The mRNA delivered to these cells will create Spike Proteins sticking out of the cellular surface. Passing blood cells will bump into these Spike Proteins which will likely induce blood clotting. 
• The lipid nanoparticles could also carry mRNA to vital organs such as the brain or heart. A heavy immune system inflammatory reaction such as a cytokine storm could cause permanent tissue damage or worse.
• The Spike Protein does not stay stuck to the cell from which it's being transcribed, it cleaves from the cell membrane and becomes free.
• The Spike Protein by itself is biologically active, cytotoxic and pathogenic.
• The Spike Protein is believed to be the part of SARS-CoV-2 that was engineered in a lab. There are 4 unique segments of the Spike Protein that are not found in nature.
• Rogue Spike Proteins traveling through the blood vessels may cause damage to the endothelial lining (cells lining vessel walls) causing blood clots to form. Clots could result in permanent tissue damage.
• The Spike Protein by itself can cross the blood-brain-barrier
• The Spike Protein is a transmembrane protein containing a specific sequence that makes it highly likely to misfold which means it is extremely plausible it could behave as a prion.  Transformation of proteins into prions will generally result in neurodegeneration.
• The Spike Protein has a high affinity for the anti-cancer proteins, p53 and BRCA 1/2. It is likely that the spike protein may bind to and inactivate these tumor-suppressor genes in the body. p53 is perhaps the gene whose activity is the most important in the body for preventing cancer.
• The bio distribution of lipid nanoparticles includes a heavy concentration in the ovaries
• The ovaries have a natural protein called Syncytin-1 which is vital for the formation of the human placenta. This protein closely resembles the mRNA encoded Spike Protein. An immune response formed against the Spike Proteins being produced by cells in the ovaries could also trick the body to attack Syncytin-1, which could lead to infertility of an unspecified duration.
• The mRNA could stay active for 2-10 weeks, or longer producing Spike Protein's.
• The mRNA could become integrated into the human genome by endogenous reverse transcription. Because the mRNA used in the vaccines is stabilized, it hangs around in cells longer, increasing the chances for this to happen. If the gene for SARS-CoV-2 Spike is integrated into a portion of the genome that is not silent and actually expresses a protein, it is possible that people who take this vaccine may continuously express SARS-CoV-2  Spike Protein from their somatic cells for the rest of their lives.
• There are proprietary ingredients that are unknown.
• In nature viruses tend to mutate to become less deadly, however we may now be inserting a mechanism that may teach it to become more deadly. We are putting immense pressure for immune escape by mass vaccination with a "leaky vaccine" which means vaccinated hosts can become asymptomatic carriers. The Spike Protein can mutate to evade the antigen specific antibodies, which is dangerous for the vaccinated population because these antigen specific antibodies outcompete our innate antibodies for binding to the virus. This means they are dominant, but ineffective, and therefore help the virus to spread. This is called Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE).

Johnson and Johnson

The Adenovirus vaccine is also a new technology being rolled out on a massive scale. It is based on a defective version of an adenovirus, a double-stranded DNA virus that causes the common cold. The adenovirus has been genetically modified in two ways, such that it cannot replicate due to critical missing genes, and its genome has been augmented with the DNA code for the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein.   

This means that the Johnson and Johnson is also considered to be a gene therapy. The Adenovirus instructs your cells to produce the Spike Protein. Your cells become a Spike Protein factory.

The clinical trials were not long enough to rule out side effects, which could appear months or years after vaccination. Just like the currently available mRNA vaccines (as of 10/20/21), the Johnson and Johnson is still under "Emergency Use Authorization".

These three vaccine technologies are all considered to be gene therapy, which is an experimental technique to modify or manipulate the expression of a gene or to alter the biological properties of living cells for therapeutic use. Our own cells are encoded to become Spike Protein factories for an unknown duration. A traditional vaccine does not alter our biological properties. Typically traditional vaccines use a dead or weakened virus or bacteria, with an adjuvant such as aluminum to spark an immune reaction.
