What is radiation?
Electromagnetic radiation is a type of energy that is all around us and takes many forms, such as radio waves, microwaves, X-rays and gamma-rays. Sunlight is also a form of electromagnetic energy, but visible light is only a small portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, which contains a broad range of wavelengths.
Electromagnetism deals with how electrically charged particles interact with each other and with magnetic fields.
Electromagnetic radiation is created when a charged atomic particle, such as an electron, is accelerated by an electric field, causing it to move. The movement produces oscillating electric and magnetic fields. The waves have certain characteristics, given as frequency, wavelength or energy.
Electromagnetic radiation spans an enormous range of wavelengths and frequencies. This range is known as the electromagnetic spectrum. The electromagnetic spectrum is generally divided into seven regions, in order of decreasing wavelength and increasing energy and frequency. The common designations are radio waves, microwaves, infrared (IR), visible light, ultraviolet (UV) light, X-rays and gamma-rays.
Are we exposed to radiation?
Yes, we are exposed to various forms and degrees of radiation on a daily basis from the atmosphere, the sun, electric cars, rapid transit, airplanes, home appliances, cell phones, Wi-Fi routers, satellite dishes, solar panels, cell phone towers and when we receive an X-Ray from our doctor or dentist.
Is radiation harmful?
Yes, radiation in any dose can cause damage to our DNA molecules. Thankfully, our body is constantly removing radiation 24/7. Our thyroid glands protect us by absorbing radiation in the body that is later removed in the urine.
It is best to limit radiation exposure as much as possible to reduce stress on your the detox pathways of your body. Prolonged exposure, such as sleeping next to your Wi-Fi router, using your laptop directly on your lap, or living next to a 4G/5G tower can cause serious problems over time. In addition, Medical or Dental X-Rays should be avoided unless you absolutely need them. X-Rays are the most harmful form of radiation, which is called "ionizing radiation". When the ionizing radiation passes through your body from X-rays or other sources, they cause electrons to be ejected, which leaves behind positive ions (free radicals). These positive ions can damage DNA and result in pre-cancerous or cancerous activity.

What to do:
First: Buy a 3 in 1 EMF meter. This will help you detect sources of radiation in the home. It is especially important to eliminate radiation from your bedroom. Here is the meter I use and recommend:

Second: At night before going to sleep, turn off your Wi-Fi router, and turn off your cell phone (Or put your cell phone on airplane mode).
Third: Limit phone use. Try not to hold your phone too close to the body or head when in use. Use speaker phone when making calls. Connect your cell phone to Wi-Fi instead of Data whenever possible. Keep cell phone on airplane mode when inside your pocket, or keep it in a purse. The Wi-Fi router at home should be placed at least 6 feet away from where time is spent. Consider covering the Wi-Fi router with metal mesh to help reduce the Radio Frequency emitted.
Here are two products I have purchased to cover Wi-Fi routers which have dramatically reduced Radio Frequency in the home: Small metal mesh , large metal mesh
If Radio Frequency levels above 2.0 mw/m2 are still being detected in the home, after covering the Wi-Fi router with metal mesh, there may be a cell phone tower nearby. Windows will need to be covered.
The cheapest way to protect the home from outside Radio Frequency is by covering windows with Mylar Blankets. here is a link to a product that has worked for me. They can be taped to the back of window shades. When the shades are down, Radio Frequency should drop to Zero!

How to assist your body in detoxing from Radiation exposure
