1909 The Round Table The Round Table was a British Intelligence operation formed by Alfred Milner in South Africa and was funded by Baron Nathan Rothschild and the Cecil Rhodes trust. It's initial purpose was to secure the vast gold and diamond treasures for the British Crown. The Round Tablers eventually fanned out throughout the world to take control of fiscal and monetary policies and political leadership in all countries where they operated. William Yandell Elliot was an American member of the Round Table, who attended Oxford University on a Rhodes Scholarship (founded by Cecil Rhodes) in 1923, he later became advisor to 6 U.S. Presidents and during his Directorship at Harvard became mentor to Henry Kissinger.
1910 Flexner Report Abraham Flexner was an educator financed by the Carnegie Foundation to commission an in-depth evaluation into 155 medical schools in the US and Canada. His report concluded that there were too many doctors and medical schools in America, and that all the other healing methods which had existed for hundreds or thousands of years were unscientific quackery. The Flexner Report led to the closure of most rural medical schools and five out of seven African-American medical colleges in the United States. In 1913 he served on Rockefeller Foundation's Education Board.
1911 Eugenics Record Office (ERO) Founded in New York by renowned biologist Charles B. Davenport, using money from the Harriman railroad fortune, the Rockefeller family and the Carnegie Institution. In years to come, the ERO collected a mass of family pedigrees and provided training for eugenics field workers who were sent to analyze individuals at various institutions, such as mental hospitals and orphanage institutions, across the United States. Under the direction of Harry Laughlin, the ERO advocated laws that led to the forced sterilization of many Americans it categorized as 'socially inadequate'. The ERO was closed in December 1939 in part due to the disapproval it received.
1913 Rockefeller Foundation John D. Rockefeller Sr. and Jr. together start the foundation, which has given more than $14 billion to grantees worldwide. From the early half of the century, this money was used to take over the medical field, including medical research facilities, hospitals and universities. Large sums were given to universities and medical schools which had drug based research. This policy was further extended globally through their "International Education Board". Establishments and research which were not drug based were refused funding and soon dissolved in favor of the lucrative pharmaceutical industry. In 1930 the Foundation provided funding to the German Eugenics "Kaiser Wilhelm Institute" which later conducted eugenics experiments in the Third Reich. The Foundation was the primary financier for U.S. research institute "Eugenics Record Office" until 1939.

1921 The American Birth Control League (Planned Parenthood) Margaret Sanger establishes the American Birth Control League. She is a member of the influential British Eugenics Society. In 1920 she is quoted as saying: “The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.” ~ Margaret Sanger, Woman and the New Race, Chapter 5, “The Wickedness of Creating Large Families.” In 1939 Margaret Sanger initiated a 3 year project to provide contraceptives to black southerners. In a letter to Clarence Gamble (of Proctor & Gamble) she wrote “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to their more rebellious members." Board members of her league included eugenicist Lothrop Stoddard who had openly praised the Nazi's racial policy for "weeding out the worst strains in the Germanic stock." Margaret Sanger had corresponded with Ernst Rudin, the head of Nazi Germany's eugenics program, her magazine the Birth Control Review published his article in 1933 titled "Eugenics Sterilization: An Urgent Need."
1921 Eugenics in California By 1921, California had accounted for 80% of sterilizations nationwide. Historians have estimated from 1909 to 1963, some 20,000 people were sterilized in California asylums and hospitals. In 1933 alone, at least 1,278 coercive sterilizations were conducted, out of which 700 were women. California eugenicists began producing literature promoting eugenics and sterilization and sending it overseas to German scientists and medical professionals. By 1933, California had subjected more people to forceful sterilization than all other U.S. states combined. 1925 IG Farben IG Farben was the outcome of the merger of German dye-manufacturing firms, BASF, Bayer and Hoechst. In the 1930s it was involved in highly innovative and diverse research in chemicals and had developed it's own intelligence department (NW7 group) to protect against espionage from American and French spies. The company provided the vast majority of explosives, rubber, gunpowder, and gasoline to the Nazi war machine. They also manufactured Zyklon-B gas used in the gas chambers and were involved in human experiments performed in concentration camps. The NW7 became the key Nazi overseas espionage center. 1936 Harry Laughlin quote Eugenics researcher Harry H. Laughlin often bragged that his Model Eugenic Sterilization laws had been implemented in the 1935 Nuremberg racial hygiene laws. In 1936, Laughlin was invited to an award ceremony in Germany, to receive an honorary doctorate for his work on the "science of racial cleansing". Due to financial limitations, Laughlin was unable to attend the ceremony and had to pick it up from the Rockefeller Institute. Afterward, he proudly shared the award with his colleagues, remarking that he felt that it symbolized the "common understanding of German and American scientists of the nature of eugenics."
1936 The Wellcome Trust The Wellcome Trust is a scientific charity based in London, established with funds from pharmaceutical magnate Henry Wellcome. 1945 Operation Paperclip More than 1,600 German scientists, engineers and technicians were taken from former Nazi Germany to the US for government employment between 1945 and 1959. Many of these personnel were former members and leaders of the Nazi party, some of whom were accused of murder, slavery, and human experimentation. These Germans were to continue their research into aeronautics, rocketry, synthetic rubber and oil catalysts, military and naval equipment designs, material science, radio, electronics, biowarfare, chemistry, physics and medicine.

1951 Assets seized by Brown Brothers Harriman are released Union Banking Corporation (UBC) was an investment bank set up in 1924 by Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) with the purpose of investing in Germany's economic recovery. Their biggest German affiliate was United Steel Works led by Fritz Thyssen who had been Hitler's primary backer. In October 1942 the US Government seized a string of assets controlled by BBH, including UBC of which Prescott Bush was founding member and a Director. In 1951 the assets were released and the remaining stock holders cashed in their stocks and quietly liquidated the rest of UBC's blood money. Prescott Bush is said to have used the great wealth from his UBC shares to set up his son George H. Bush's firm Overby Development Company. It was also helpful when Prescott Bush left the business world to enter the public arena in 1952 with a successful senatorial campaign in Connecticut.

Rockefeller III was pursuing his eugenics and depopulation policies via his Population Council while his brother Nelson was seeking new methods to increase the efficiency of worldwide food production. It is within this context that agriculture and food became an instrumentality of policy, and, a weapon. In short, it was a postwar goal of this group (CFR) to have the US, both government and corporations, dominate agricultural technology and thereby global food production. To this end, the Rockefeller interests began to promote a "Green Revolution". The increased production efficiency had the result of driving many peasants from their land as they were no longer needed in the new emerging world of "agribusiness," driving them into the inner city slums, where they would be cheap labor for the giant US multinational companies.
1952 International Planned Parenthood Federation Formed in India at the Third International Conference on Planned Parenthood by Margaret Sanger and Lady Rama Rau. It was headquartered in London and first led by Carlos Blacker (formally secretary of the British Eugenics Society). In 1944 Blacker had argued that "poor heredity was the cause of poverty". 1953 Agricultural Development Council Founded and funded exclusively by John D. Rockefeller III. It's aim was to strengthen the professional capacity of Asian countries to deal with the economic and human problems of agricultural and rural development. The council deployed US university professors to select Asian universities to train a new generation of scientists. The best scientists would then be sent back to the US to get their doctorate in agricultural sciences, and coming out of the American universities, would follow the precepts close to the Rockefeller outlook on agriculture. This carefully-constructed network was later to prove crucial in the Rockefeller Foundation's subsequent strategy to spread the use of genetically-engineered crops around the world.
1953 Rockefeller Foundation - Agriculture research The Rockefeller Foundation became the keystone in a vast arch of social engineering, via its grants to train hundreds of scientists around the world, thus managing their perceptions, socially engineering a "scientific culture" in which an "agri-world view" favorably disposed to genetically modified crops would prevail. Genetic modification of the food supply was a key goal of the Rockefeller interests, for having realized that "science would eventually come to control the fundamental processes of biology," those associated with the Rockefeller institutions saw it as the ultimate means of social control and social engineering, eugenics. To this end, the Rockefeller Foundation invested hundreds of millions of dollars in the 1980s, both directly and indirectly, to sponsor genetic research into food crops.
1953 John Foster Dulles and Allen Dulles (The Dulles Brothers) John (US Secretary of State 1953-1959) and his brother Allen (CIA Director 1952-1961) implemented a great deal of US diplomacy and CIA covert operations on behalf of major US corporate interests. They began their career working for giant corporations through international law firm Sullivan & Cromwell based in NYC, where they used their government connections through their uncle Secretary of State Robert Lansing. In 1918 John and Allen were both appointed as legal council during the Paris Peace Conference. John was on the War Reparations Committee from which harsh reparations were bestowed on Germany. 1921 both became members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). In 1924 through Sullivan and Cromwell John crafted the Dawes Plan which allowed American firms to lend money to Germany after which John set up Billions of dollars in loans. Allen became head of the Near East division of the State Department from 1922 to 1926, and in 1927 became a director of the CFR. In 1933 Allen had met with Hitler and assured the firm that the regime was not so bad. In a separate meeting with Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels, Allen said he was impressed with him.
In 1935 Sullivan & Cromwell closed their Berlin Office. In 1941 Allen Dulles was recruited into the recently formed Office of Strategic Services (OSS) where he became director of the Switzerland Office which was responsible for collecting intelligence on the Germans. In 1945 after the war he served as the OSS Berlin station chief where he helped high ranking Nazi's escape prosecution, including Hitler's Intelligence Officer Reinhard Gehlen. In 1951 Allen was recruited to oversee CIA covert operations. He eventually rose to Director of the CIA in 1952 shortly before his brother is appointed Secretary of State in 1953 where they began to coordinate a series of coup-de-tats around the world benefitting powerful clients of Sullivan & Cromwell. John resigned in 1959 due to a battle with cancer, and his brother Allen was forced to resign from the CIA in 1961 after a failed coup-de-tat in Cuba and in Algeria. Allen Dulles was later placed by President Lyndon Johnson as one of seven commissioners of the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of the U.S. President John F. Kennedy.

1954 Prince Bernhardt Prince Bernhardt of the Netherlands was a former officer in the Nazi SS and had worked in IG Farben's notorious NW7 group, which served as spies for the Third Reich. Bernhard belonged to the Dutch branch of the Knights Templar. In 1954, he was appointed to govern the Dutch order. He is quoted as saying "It is difficult to re-educate people who have been brought up on Nationalism to the idea of relinquishing part of their sovereignty to a supra-national body."
