Shingles

Shingles

Shingles is caused by the Varicella-Zoster virus, the same virus that causes Chickenpox. Anyone who has had Chickenpox may develop Shingles. After you recover from Chickenpox, the virus lies dormant in your nervous system.

Under certain conditions in which the immune system is suppressed, the virus can reactivate causing a more localized rash called “Shingles”.

Shingles is usually brought out in people who are ill, with weakened immune systems, cancers, diabetes, auto-immune illnesses and in medicated people. Most adults over 60 are on medications.

Shingles is a side-effect of the Covid-19 vaccine. There are studies that show the mRNA vaccine reprograms both adapative and innate immune responses. The changes in the immune system after vaccination weakens the control of the immune system on the hiding of the Varicella-Zoster virus (which causes Shingles).

Symptoms

Shingles usually presents as a skin rash on the torso. The rash is often itchy and painful and could last for weeks. The vast majority of cases are highly treatable with antiviral and pain medication. Early treatment (within the first 3 days) will greatly reduce pain and length of symptoms.

Other symptoms which can be associated with Shingles are low grade fever symptoms, headache, body aches, or nausea.

In some cases Shingles could cause nerve pain that can last for months, and in very rare cases Shingles can cause complications involving the eye.

Shingles Vaccine (Shingrix)

The Shingles vaccine is called “Shingrix”. It is a two-dose vaccine. The second dose is given 2-6 months after the first. The vaccine injects pieces of dead virus, and an Adjuvant made up of different ingredients, including aluminum which is there to help stimulate the immune system. Adjuvants such as aluminum are believed to accumulate in some level in the brain, which is likely responsible for the most common side effects. Obvious side effects in adults for most traditional vaccines tend to be low, but the Shingles vaccine does appear it might have a larger side effect profile.

Here is some information about the Shingrix Vaccine, including Side effects.

Shingrix Vaccine was approved by the FDA in 2017. The developer is GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)

In March 2021 (4 years after approval) the FDA added a warning label to the vaccine warning that Gullain-Barre syndrome is a potential side effect.

Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS): A neurological disorder in which the body's immune system mistakenly attacks part of its peripheral nervous system—the network of nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord. GBS can range from a very mild case with brief weakness to nearly devastating paralysis, leaving the person unable to breathe independently. Fortunately, most people eventually recover from even the most severe cases of GBS.  After recovery, some people will continue to have some degree of weakness.

Other side effects of note are:

Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis: An autoimmune disease marked by a sudden, widespread attack of inflammation in the brain and spinal cord.

Transverse myelitis: An inflammation of both sides of one section of the spinal cord. This neurological disorder often damages the insulating material covering nerve cell fibers (myelin). Transverse myelitis interrupts the messages that the spinal cord nerves send throughout the body.

Meningitis: Inflammation of the fluid and membranes (meninges) surrounding your brain and spinal cord. The swelling from meningitis typically triggers signs and symptoms such as headache, fever and a stiff neck.

Additional side effects:

Shingles, facial paralysis, vision problems, lasting tinnitus and fatigue, and other injuries.

Here are some articles regarding side effects, some of which have comment sections full of people reporting their side effects:

From above article:

Kathleen Dooling, MD of the CDC’s Division of Viral Diseases admitted that more than 70 percent of patients had pain and, “About one in six people experienced side effects so severe that it actually prevented their normal activities.”

In fact, the side effects of Shingrix are so severe that the vaccine’s promoters are concerned that many people will not be willing to go back for the second dose of the vaccine.

The FDA Briefing Document (Sep 13 2017) for the FDA VRBPAC meeting below details supraventricular tachycardia and tachyarrhythmia as serious adverse events (SAE) in SHINGRIX vaccinated subjects, detected during vaccine clinical studies.

https://www.fda.gov/downloads/AdvisoryCommittees/CommitteesMeetingMateri...

The vaccine package insert (Revised: 10/2017) [2], omits any reference to supraventricular tachycardia or tachyarrhythmia. Thus doctors who administer this vaccine are being kept in the dark about these SAEs. The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) depends on doctors reporting adverse events. Underreporting is a known problem with these passive surveillance methods. Hiding information from doctors only makes the problem worse.

The SHINGRIX vaccine contains Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell proteins used to produce the vaccine. Once again, autoimmunity [7] due to molecular mimicry between human and CHO proteins could be the cause of the SAEs.

Such vaccine approvals despite obvious safety problems detected during clinical trials, prove that vaccine regulators are not serious about safety at all.

Covid-19 Vaccines causing Shingles:

Worth noting, because there appears to be an increase in Shingles cases attributed to the Covid-19 vaccine.

I’ve been reading countless first hand anecdotes of people saying they developed Shingles after getting the Covid-19 mRNA vaccine. Many did not initially associate it with the vaccine, and many of those who did were assured by their doctor there was no connection. Official CDC reported cases of Shingles as an adverse event of Covid-19 vaccination is 9,734 cases and due to lack of reporting the actual number is likely to be many times higher.

There are studies that show the mRNA vaccine reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses. The changes in the immune system after vaccination weakens the control of the immune system on the hiding of the Varicella-Zoster virus (which causes Shingles).
